I was walking in a Vietnamese town seeing all the lanterns and boats when I found a group of people in front of a gelato place. I am not sure whether it was the gelato or the long line that attracted me, but I stopped there anyway.

A few minutes later, I was thinking 'Oh yay! Finally, me next!', but my time didn't come that quickly. My patience was running out, so I couldn't help concentrating on what was going on at the front row. Apparently, the girl in front of me was trying to order two cups of different flavors in English after tasting all the flavors, but the gelato lady kept misunderstanding her.

As a fruit juice fan who was traveling Vietnam for more than a week by the time, I had some Vietnamese words for fruit names in my short-term memory with "thank you", "sorry" and "bathroom". So I helped her order what she wanted (mostly for myself). She exhaled and said thank you. Aw, it was nice. But then she kept going and said, "Gosh, seriously, these people need to learn how to speak English!"

...Oh...My...G...you ignorant b...... Don't you dare wink at me! If anyone here needs to learn any language, it is you and Vietnamese. Urghh...

I just got something that reminded me of this today and thought it was not bad to share it.
